DJ duo the Broken Hearts wear matching outfits as a matter of course. When creating their custom Silhouette dresses I used some imagery of traditional circus/ sideshow and cabaret to draw on. The red and white spotty fabric I used for the silhouette was complimented by red spotted net neck ruffs.
