A teal stretch velvet wiggle dress featuring pleated shoulder detail and a frill bordered keyhole. This dress just covers your knees and is the perfect dinner party dress. It will be hard for your companions to look you in the eyes. Its stretchy so you can eat what you like and go out for dancing afterwards. The pleated sleeves heads add volume to the shoulders giving you a 40s silhouette. It has a high neck and keyhole at center back neck.
